Your calendar fills from the DMs.So should your books.
High-ticket coaching sells in conversation, not on a checkout page. Queux gives you the setters to hold those conversations, and the attribution to know which ones actually paid off.
The month that came out of nowhere
You had a good month and you can't say why. Three setters were sending DMs, two people booked from your story, one came from a referral. Nobody kept a record, so nothing is repeatable.
A number you can act on
Every discovery call traces back to the message that started it. You learn which setter, which offer and which opening actually converts — and you double down on the one that does.
Built around the discovery call, not the checkout.
Most coaching sales close on a call, which makes the booking the moment that matters. Queux treats it that way: setters book straight onto your Google Calendar from inside the app, working from your real availability, and the lead gets a confirmation with a Meet link attached.
Because the booking came through a tracked link, the call is already tied to the setter who earned it before you've even shown up to it.
Pay per call, or per sale
Coaching offers usually work better on a flat fee per verified call than a percentage — a setter who books ten qualified calls has done their job whether or not you closed all ten. Queux supports both, set per setter and per product, so you can pay $25 a call to one person and 15% of the program to another.
You verify before anything is owed
Bookings arrive as pending. You mark them verified, completed or no-show, and only verified ones generate a commission. A setter can't invent a call to get paid, which removes the argument that usually ends these arrangements.
Your voice, not theirs
Setters reply from your inbox without ever holding your Instagram password. They read your brand guidelines and product briefs in the app before they draft, and the assistant writes in your voice. You revoke access with one click if it isn't working.
What coaches use most.
- Instagram and Facebook DMs in one inbox, with setters replying on your behalf
- Google Calendar booking with an auto-generated Meet link
- Flat fee per verified call, or percentage of the program — your choice per setter
- Booking verification, so no commission is owed on a call that didn't happen
- Product briefs your setters read mid-conversation: pricing, objections, ideal client
- Automated reminders to the lead 24 hours and 1 hour before the call
- Stripe Connect payouts with ID verification handled by Stripe
Coaching-specific questions.
That's the price point setters exist for. Higher-ticket offers need more conversation before the call, which is exactly the work that doesn't scale when you do it yourself. The typical arrangement is a flat fee per verified call plus a percentage on close.
Yes. Calendar access is a separate permission from inbox access. A setter with calendar access sees your free slots and nothing else — not your event titles, not your other appointments.
You verify every booking before it counts. Mark it no-show or reject it with a reason and no commission is generated. You can also set an auto-approve threshold so small, routine ones go through without your input.
The attribution window is 30 days. If they clicked a setter's link and purchase within that period, the sale is still attributed to them — even if the conversation went quiet in between.
Stop guessing who made the sale.
Add your program, invite a setter or hire one from the marketplace, and every discovery call arrives already attributed. Free covers one setter and one product.
